Agile Epic/Theme, Epic and User Story definition
– Business, technical and requirements.
– Cover basics of the framework we developed for agile requirements and mapping this to corporate strategy goals.

Day 3: 

Agile metrics
– Measuring the success of agile within the organisation.
– Overview of metrics used to measure the success of the implementation.

Release Planning
– Cover basics of release planning
– Scope changes: dealing with it, how to manage it properly
– Practical applications and exercises to make this real.

Technical Disciplines using Agile (eXtreme Programming)
– Design in agile. Handout example. Practical on some of the stories in the backlog
