User Stories

During this course we go head to head with the challenges on writing user stories in agile. We look at not throwing away documentation completely but finding a compromise that suits different agile role players: users, developers, analysts & testers.

Retrospectives

Having Retrospectives in which there is continues reflection on processes and the willingness for improvements are a challenge. We look at what is the goal of a retrospective and when will it be seen as a meaningful retrospective. Working with people is never an easy matter not even mentioning approaching those difficult conversations? We will look at how to start a conversation without it turning for the worst and look at some methods for handling these difficult conversations.

Having open collaborative conversations

We reflect on some valuable techniques to facilitate effective conversations within your organisation that get results.

Benefits

Go into detail about some real day to day challenges we face in the work place around communication and collaboration. Being able to communicate effectively will assist you in more than just your work place. Focus solely on user stories which tend to not get the attention it deserves to effectively describe business requirements. To improve and adapt is part of agile. By focusing on the retrospective we ensure you will be aware of improving your agile environment.

But this won’t be a quick skimming through all the facts kind of course. You will get practical exercises to implement and to work through.
