As part of our agile implementations and end-to-end business process automation in non-IT areas we use Jira extensively to support these processes. In order for your organisation to fully grasp the benefits of utilising the powerful and very configurable Jira solution, you will require an in-depth knowledge of the Jira administrator capabilities.

The Jira Administrator Training course is aimed at intermediate to advanced users of Jira who would like to learn how to configure Jira and customise this powerful tool to optimise it to fit their processes. The Jira Admin course focuses on configuring the back-end of the tool and helping users understand how the various Jira elements fit together, thus learning how to use it and configure it effectively.
